Topic: Admit Your Dependence on God and Wait
Text: 2 Chronicles 20:9-30

As humans, we must acknowledge that we do not have all the answers to life's challenges—whether in our homes, workplaces, or society. No matter how skilled or knowledgeable we are, there will always be battles beyond our strength. That is why, as God’s people, we must fully depend on Him to show us the way out.

King Jehoshaphat faced an overwhelming enemy, yet he did not rely on his army or personal wisdom. Instead, he admitted his helplessness and sought God in prayer. When we surrender our struggles to God, He steps in and fights for us. The Bible makes it clear in John 15:5: "Apart from me, you can do nothing." Anyone who believes they can handle life’s battles on their own is deceiving themselves.

Total dependence on God is not an option; it is a necessity. He calls us to trust Him, not partially, but completely. Just as Jehoshaphat and the people of Judah placed their faith in God and witnessed a miraculous victory, we too must lay down our own efforts and trust Him to lead, protect, and provide.
