In anticipation of the 2024 Harvest and Thanksgiving Service, Comrade Musa Samuel, the Chairman of the planning committee, addressed the congregation during Sunday service at COCIN LCC Yelwa Tsakani. He provided a detailed overview of the upcoming event, emphasizing its significance and the exciting activities planned for this year's celebration.
Comrade Samuel announced that this year's Harvest and Thanksgiving Service will feature a competition among the various tribal groups within the church. The competition is expected to be a highlight of the event, with an award presentation to the group that emerges as the winner. In addition to the tribal competition, there will also be a series of thanksgiving offerings conducted within the church auditorium, with participation from various subgroups as well as families on an individual basis.
The Chairman urged all members to give their full support to the church and the planning committee, emphasizing the importance of unity and collective effort in making the event a success. He reminded the congregation of God's unwavering faithfulness, noting that despite the challenging economic situation in the nation, God has continued to supply their needs and bless them abundantly.
